Wills And Lifetime Planning
As one of the longest established firms of solicitors in Hampshire, we are well versed in advising clients on how to make a will. Whatever your assets and whatever your wishes, we have the experience and expertise to advise you on making a will that meets your exact specifications.
Writing a will can be a complex process without the help of a solicitor to advise you on the legal implications of the decisions that you make. Our Private Client team has the knowledge and experience to advise you on making and amending your will, taxation issues and creating a trust.
Mistakes in the drafting of your will can have devastating effects on the family that you leave behind so it is imperative that you choose the right person for the job. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide and the recommendations that our clients make to their family and friends.

Administering Estates
We specialise in this area having had many years of experience. Whether the Deceased has left a will or not, we can help with registering the death, arranging the funeral, clearing and selling any property, calling in assets and paying expenses, attending to tax matters and distributing the estate.
Where Inheritance Tax is an issue, we can help with completing the necessary forms and liaising with H.M. Revenue & Customs. We can also offer retrospective tax planning via Deeds of Variation.
Death is a sad and stressful time and we will try and give help and support as best we can.
Where necessary, we can visit clients at home and in hospitals or care homes.
